Upcoming Wim Hof Method Workshops

Fundamentals and Advanced Workshops are held at Haum Health and Wellness Center in Gainesville, Florida one weekend a month. Fundamentals workshops are designed for beginners who have no prior experience with the breath work or cold exposure. Topics include: learning the science behind the WHM and learning how to manage stress. Advanced workshops are designed to deepen an already existing practice. Topics include interoception, advanced power breathing which is similar to holotropic breath work or Kundalini yoga, advanced cold exposure training and advanced body heat generating exercises based on Tummo Fire breathing techniques. Participants are welcome to come to one event or both on consecutive days. Workshops are limited to 14 participants only.
